Annual registration fee is $50 per family. Registration fee is paid when first signing up for classes and every year while enrolled at MGA. Tuition is paid monthly via debit/credit card on file. First time payments are deducted the day you register for class as well as the registration fee. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 20th of every month for the following month (example Feb 20th payment is deducted for March tuition). If you need to drop your child from a class, our office must be notified by the 15th of the month in writing to halt payment for the next month. For example, you notify us in writing by Feb 15th to drop for March. Child will be dropped from the class for March. Your child will finish classes for Feb since it was paid last month. Failure to notify us in writing by the 15th of a withdrawal will result in tuition being deducted from the account for he next month. There is a $25 charge for all returned or non-processed payments. Failure to pay for the class after a returned or non-processed payment in 2 business days will result in automatic withdrawal from the class. There is no pro-rating or refunds for missed classes. 

Classes meet on average 4 times per month. Depending on the night of your class, some months there might have 3 classes and some months may have 5 classes. The price is the same. There are scheduled breaks throughout the year for holidays and vacations. These are built into your tuition for the year. There are no refunds or pro-rating for these breaks.
